The British Archives prove president Christofias wrong big time

Recently published in 5 parts in Greek Cypriot daily Simerini an in depth research over the real activities of the Turkish Cypriots during 1955-1962 in Cyprus in pursued of partition and actual take over of Cyprus by Turkey. The documents used are released archives from the British National Archives and are documents of Police Special Branch in Cyprus during those years.

The Turkish Cypriot activities against the Greek Cypriots during the EOKA 1955-59 struggle of the Greek Cypriots for Union of Cyprus with Greece

The documents that disprove and mince President Christofias untrue statements of so called common struggles of the G/cs and T/cs for independence.

Whilst the Greek Cypriots were fighting the British for Union with Greece the Turkish Cypriots and Turkey were arming themselves and demanding partition bombing their own mosques and murdering their own fellow men in order to make the world opinion believe that they could not live with the Greek Cypriots any more and therefore promote their ultimate goal the return of Cyprus to Turkey through partition.
